Dr. Lattmann has over twenty years of senior
management experience in the high-tech business. After a career
in industry, he successfully founded and guided the international
expansion of several companies in the field of information technology
and electronics. The Instrumatic Group, founded 1977, grew to
250 employers and 80 m CHF turnover. Prior to founding Venture
Partners, he has been active as an independent investor and venture
capitalist for several years.
Dr.
Lattmann is a board member of several companies and institutions
in Switzerland and abroad and has been instrumental in promoting
venture capital in Switzerland. He is the Chairman of the Swiss
Private Equity & Corporate Finance Association (SECA), and
he was previously Chairman of the Swiss Electronics & IT Association
(SAP). He is also a lecturer at the Swiss Federal Institute of
Technology (ETHZ) on the subject of start-up and growth company
management.
Dr.
Lattmann holds a M.S. degree in chemical engineering and Ph. D.
in computer science from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology
(Dr. Ing. ETHZ) and is a graduate of the IMD Senior Executive
